Job Description

  • An Inbound Sales Manager is accountable to generate incremental revenue from the new & existing customers approaching us via IB channels(chat/phones)
  • Deliver the quarterly target as assigned by the business and achieve growth on critical products like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Firefly etc.
  • Collaborate with Products specialist to demonstrate and drive product led growth (Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Firefly etc.)
  • Demonstrate solution selling capabilities & proven track record on all productive parameters.
  • Capacity to develop, communicate and present the customer insights to leaders with logical thinking.
  • Track & manage sales pipeline and regular forecasting to meet assigned goals.
  • Maintain basic hygiene, floor discipline & agent productivity (Online hours, # of chats/calls)
  • Uplevel the selling skills and knowledge on all the Adobe solutions via ongoing trainings, self- learning & on the job insights

  • Should possess sound understanding of the sales cycle/Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach. Basic understanding of sales techniques like BANT, Sales funnel, and pipeline management is desired
  • Should be willing to work in all Geos: NA, APAC and EMEA
