EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to understand the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with and support the broader business strategy.
  • Participate in workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to achieve business objectives.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. This may involve setting performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations. This may include implementing lean methodologies or other process improvement frameworks.
