Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will do $30 million in sales over the next 12 months.

As our Product Associate, you will be assisting the APMs and PMs in managing the product lifecycle. This includes executing on product implementation plans and managing queries raised by end users. You will be triaging tech support requests and ensure that they are priortized correctly. You will also be working closely with the automation team to gather requirements for process automations and ensure they are delivered successfully.

This role is perfect for someone who has at least 1 years of experience working in a product team. As a member of the product team, you will help build scalable tech that will support a $100 million revenue-generating business. This is a high-impact role that requires an acute sense of business, forward-thinking, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and impact of tech
• Triage support requests and prioritize features, tasks, and bug fixes
• Gather requirements for automation requests and hand them over to the automation team
• Work closely with the Engineering and Automation Team to ensure bugs and tasks are executed in sprints
• Execute on product implementation plan to ensure successful adoption of product

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with product
• Strong understanding of business
• Able to make decisions without direct supervision
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
• Experience with a CRM or a ticketing system is a plus

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday, 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM EST (US Timings)
